Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 March 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 March 2010, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Kayla Louise Gilmour (new name), who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kayla Louise Gilmour-Krause (old name) and assumed the name of Kayla Louise Gilmour (new name).
