Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 December 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 March 2010, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Brinetta Marlene Blair, the 43 Lethbridge Close, Lewisham, London SE13 7QL who is a child single and a Commonwealth Citizen under Section 37(1) of British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Brinetta Marleno Blair and assumed the name of Brinetta Marlene Blair.
