Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 December 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 March 2010, Marlene Blair, 43 Lethbridge Close, Lewisham, London SE13 7QL is married, a Commonwealth Citizen under Section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Marleen Blair and assumed the name of Marlene Blair.
