Notice is hereby given of my intention to declare a First and Final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the above named Partnership who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 30 September 2010 (the last date for proving) to submit their proofs of debt to Mark Robert Fry, the Liquidator of the said company, at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 32 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3BT and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which I intend to declare within the period of 4 months of that date.
