Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 January 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 June 2010, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Dylan Joshua Mencia-Ince, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Dylan Joshua Mencia and assumed the name of Dylan Joshua Mencia-Ince.
