Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 August 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Rosie Frances Johnston who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rosemary Frances Johnston and assumed the name of Rosie Frances Johnston.
