THERMA-TRU LIMITED

A general meeting of the Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up, during the preceding year and to pass the following resolution: “That the remuneration of the Joint Liquidators for the period to 22 October 2010 be approved.” A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at the general meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, 3 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6GD no later than 12.00 noon on 11 January 2011. The meetings will be held on 12 January 2011 at 11.00 am at 3 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6GD.
