Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Senior Courts on 29 November 2010, the Nottinghamshire County Council, the Legal Guardian of Marcus Matthew Mitchell formerly known as Marcus Matthew Mellor and Marcus Matthew Smithurst, of 50 Peveril Drive, Riddings, Derbyshire, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Marcus Matthew Mitchell the surnames of Mellor and Smithurst and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Mitchell.
