Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 November 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 December 2010 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Rosario Therese O’Reilly who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Teewaa Akose Kamara and assumed the name of Rosario Therese O’Reilly.
