Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 September 2010 and enrolled in the High Court of Justice on 8 November 2010 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Tallulah Gertrude Rushaya who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tallulah Anuoluwapo Rushaya Opebiyi and assumed the name of Tallulah Gertrude Rushaya .
