Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 October 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Senior Courts on 10 November 2010, the Nottinghamshire County Council the Legal Guardian of Bailey Wayne Black formerly Bailey Wayne Brown of 6 Bladon Road, Ruddington, Nottingham, a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned on behalf of the said Bailey Wayne Black the surname of Brown and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Black.
