Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 11.2 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that I, Peter A Johnson, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend paying a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors within 4 months of the last date of proving specified below.
