Notice is hereby given Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend to declare a final dividend in the Liquidation of the Company.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 4 March 2011 (‘the last date for proving’), to lodge their names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims with me at the following address: Ablegrand (2) Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation), c/o Ernst & Young LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, M2 3EY.

If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within a period of four months from that date.
