Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 6.81(4) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF on 10 May 2011 at 3.00 pm .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Joint Trustee for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.
