Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 February 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 February 2011 as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Katana Vivika Kirabo Kalanzi who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kabengano Vivika Kirabo Kalanzi and assumed the name of Katana Vivika Kirabo Kalanzi .
