Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10 February 2011 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Royal Courts of Justice on 25 February 2011:

1. Sheila Elizabeth Evans of 2 Burnham Avenue, Hillcroft Park, Stafford ST17 0PD, as a person having parental responsibility for Ryan Anthony Evans of 2 Burnham Avenue, Hillcroft Park, Stafford ST17 0PD renounced and abandoned, on behalf of Ryan Anthony Evans, the name of Ryan Anthony Griffin and in place thereof, on behalf of Ryan Anthony Evans, assumed and intends to use the name of Ryan Anthony Evans .

2. Ryan Anthony Evans is single.

3. Ryan Anthony Evans is a British citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981.
