Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 January 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 March 2011, Lisa McAllister, of 43 Hadleigh Road, Kirkby, Merseyside L32 8TD and Robert Anthony Pates, of 7 Rimmer Avenue, Bowring Park, Merseyside L16 2NE and Christopher James McAllister, of 43 Hadleigh Road, Kirkby, Merseyside L32 8TD, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Millie Eliza Pates McAllister, who is a child single and a British Citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Millie Eliza Pates and assumed the name of Millie Eliza Pates McAllister .
