Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 March 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 March 2011, Winy-Marie Amboro as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Owain Dewi Amboro Lloyd-Lewis who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Owen Dewi Amboro Lloyd-Lewis and assumed the name of Owain Dewi Amboro Lloyd-Lewis .
