Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 September 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 March 2011, Carla Ashley Kennedy as a person having parental responsibility for Joshua Benjamin Kennedy, a child being single and a British Citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Wright and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kennedy.
