Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 December 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 February 2011 Charles Andrew Hollywood and Julie Ann Thompson as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Will Thompson who is a child single and a British citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Will Thompson Hollywood and assumed the name of Will Thompson.
