Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 6.81(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at First Floor, 58 Hagley Road, Stourbridge DY8 1QD on 20 June 2011 at 11.00 am .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Trustee for the purpose of:

1. To establish a Creditors’ Committee

2. In the event that a Creditors’ Committee is not established, to authorise the Trustee to draw his remuneration based upon time properly spent by the Trustee and his staff in attending to matters arising out of the bankruptcies and that his fees may be drawn on account when required from funds realised.

3. In the event that a Creditors’ Committee is not established, to authorise the Trustee to draw his firm’s disbursements as categorised in the Statement of Insolvency Practice No 9 Category 2.

Creditors who wish to vote at the Meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at First Floor, 58 Hagley Road, Stourbridge DY8 1QD by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.

John David Travers (IP Number 3492) of John D Travers & Company, First Floor, 58 Hagley Road, Stourbridge DY8 1QD was appointed as Trustee of the Partnership and the Bankrupts’ Estates on 20 April 2010. The Bankrupts’ dates of birth are 8 July 1948 and 9 March 1950 respectively and their residential addresses were formerly 14 Fenhall Park, Lanchester, Durham DH7 0JT and 37 Bratch Park, Wombourne, Wolverhampton WV5 8DF and the Partnership’s trading address was formerly 83 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1LP.
