FINAPLAN LIMITED

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of the Creditors of Finaplan Limited will be held at 10.30 am on 3 June 2011. The meeting will be held at The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS.

The following Resolutions will be put to the creditors:-

1. That the Joint Liquidator’s remuneration be based on time costs properly incurred.

2. That the Joint Liquidator’s disbursements be recovered at the enclosed rates.

A creditor is entitled to attend and vote or to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
