Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a fourth and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above-named Company no later than 18 November 2011. If you have not yet submitted a formal claim in the liquidation, you are required, on or before 18 July 2011 (the last date for proving) to provide proof of debt to the Joint Liquidator of the Company, Christopher John Hughes of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
