Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company who have not already submitted their claims to us, are required to do so by not later than Wednesday 3 August 2011 or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. It is our intention to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors who have submitted their claims, within 4 months from the date shown above.
