Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 June 2011 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Superior Courts on 20 June 2011, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Javony Ricardo Whitter who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Javony Ricardo Williams and assumed the name of Javony Ricardo Whitter.
