Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 May 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 June 2011 as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jac Iolo Williams who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Iolo Jac Williams and assumed the name of Jac Iolo Williams.
