ANGLIAN WATER SERVICES LIMITED WATER PARKS BYELAWS 2004

CONFIRMATION OF AMENDMENT OF BYELAWS

Notice is hereby given that Anglian Water Services Limited, whose registered office is at Anglian House, Ambury Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 3NZ, intends after the expiry of the period mentioned below to apply to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation of a proposed amendment to Byelaw 8 of the current Anglian Water Services Limited Water Parks Byelaws 2004. The proposed amendment will replace Byelaw 8. In all other respects, the remainder of the Anglian Water Services Limited Water Park Byelaws 2004 will continue in force as at present.

The proposed amendment is to be made under section 157 of the Water Industry Act 1991 for the prevention of damage to the biodiversity of the Water Parks and to regulate activities in the Water Parks in the event of a serious threat to nature conservation which could affect the enjoyment of users of the Water Parks.

A copy of the proposed Byelaw 8 is available for inspection free of charge:

• on our website http://www.anglianwater.co.uk/leisure/water-parks-byelaws.aspx;

• at the visitor centres at our main reservoirs (Rutland, Grafham, Pitsford, Ravensthorpe, Alton and Taverham) during usual opening hours for one month from and after the date of the publication of this notice

• at our offices at Anglian House (address above) and 3 Lancaster Road, Hartlepool TS24 8LW

A copy of the proposed Byelaw 8 will also be supplied free of charge on request on application to the Company Secretary, Anglian House (address above) or fishing@anglianwater.co.uk
