Notice is hereby given that The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has made the above-named drought order under section 73 of and Legislation section: Schedule 8 to the Legislation: Water Resources Act 1991, Sections 73(1) and (4) and 74(2)(f) and (5) of, and paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 8 are additional sections that the Order has been made under.
