The Secretary of State has allowed the liquidators to convene the fifth annual meeting by advertisement only.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the annual meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at 10.00am on 30 January 2012 at KPMG LLP, 8 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8BB for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the liquidators.

There are no funds available for return to the Company’s members. The liquidation will remain open for the duration of the Marconi plc s425 Scheme of Arrangement. Copies of the liquidators’ annual reports and other information which may be of relevance to members is available on the www.kpmg.co.uk/m2003 website. There is no requirement for members to attend the meeting.
