Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above Company will be held by post at Deloitte, 2 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BQ on 24 February 2012 at 11.00 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding up and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidators and resolving that the Liquidators be released from office.
