NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of Cardiff Casting (Co-operative Personal Management) Limited (Register No 24618 R), the registered office of which is at Chapter Arts Centre, Chapter, Market Road, Canton, Cardiff CF5 1QE. The grounds of the cancellation are that the Society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Financial Services Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the Society’s Financial year ending 31 December 2001.

The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
