Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 January 2012 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 February 2012, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Daniel Henry Pease, who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Daniel Henry Ward and assumed the name of Daniel Henry Pease.
