Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 January 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 January 2012, Daisy Philippa Reynolds, of 2 Mercia Drive, Oadby, Leicester LE2 5GB, is single, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of David Philip Reynolds and assumed the name of Daisy Philippa Reynolds.
