Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 December 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 January 2012, Mazen Zahi Arafat Nomura, of 104 St George’s Avenue, London N7 0AH, is married, a British Citizen under section 6 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Mazen Arafat Nomura and assumed the name of Mazen Zahi Arafat Nomura.
