Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 February 2012, Jayne Laval of 31 Cornwall Road, Whitehill, Boredon Hampshire GU35 9PP, is single, a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jayne Wall and assumed the name of Jayne Laval.
