Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 March 2012 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 May 2012, South Gloucestershire Council and E Fenemore, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Daniel William Hobley, of 29 St Anns Crescent, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 3JJ, who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, and upon leave being granted by the North Avon Family Proceedings Court on 23 February 2012 abandoned the name of Daniel William Crozier and assumed the name of Daniel William Hobley.
