I, Andrew Henshaw, of Mainsgill Farmshop, East Layton, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL11 7PN, hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice, I intend to make application to the Richmondshire District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Mainsgill Farm, East Layton, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL11 7PN. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at the Office of the Authority at Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
