Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 November 2012 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 November 2012, Domoy Andra Barnes, of 22 Canal Walk, Croydon CR0 6BZ, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Domoy Andra Nelson and assumed the name of Domoy Andra Barnes.
