The Queen, as Sovereign Head of The Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, has directed that the appointment of David John Cunningham to be an Officer Brother of the said Order, dated 12 October 2007, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Roll of the said Order.
