Considering the appointment of a Creditors Committee. 2. Considering the Trustee’s report dated 10 September 2013. 3. Approving the fees and expenses of the Trustee in Bankruptcy on a time cost basis, to be billed without further recourse to creditors and the expenses to include category 1 disbursements (actual cost) and an element of shared or allocated costs, known as category 2 disbursements as set out in the Guide to Trustee’s fees.
