Described in the Bankruptcy Order as John Wilson, Occupation unknown, of 24 Greene View, Braintree, in the county of Essex.

Notice is hereby given that I, Andrew Appleyard, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named debtor, intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors within 2 months from the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet lodged a Proof of Debt in the bankruptcy must do so by 8 November 2013, the last date for proving, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. Proofs of Debt should be submitted to Andrew Appleyard at Baker Tilly Business Services Limited, The Poynt, 45 Wollaton Street, Nottingham, NG1 5FW and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.

As it is possible that the rate of dividend will reach 100p in the £ creditors who have not proved should be aware that if they do not participate in the dividend remaining funds will be used to pay statutory interest to the proved creditors.
