Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on and with effect from 31 October 2013, Pavilion Trustees Limited (as managing trustee of The Aldgate House Unit Trust (“AHUT”)) on ceasing to be managing trustee of AHUT assigned the whole of its limited partnership interest in the Partnership to Central London Trustee (Jersey) Limited, and therefore, Pavilion Trustees Limited will cease to be a limited partner and Central London Trustee (Jersey) Limited will be joining as the sole limited partner in the Partnership with effect from such date.
