Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Guinness Northern Counties Limited (Register No. 19203 R) the registered office of which is at Bower House, 1 Stable Street, Hollinwood, Oldham OL9 7LH at its request following its amalgamation with Guinness South Limited, Guinness Hermitage Limited and Guinness Trustees Limited to form The Guinness Partnership Limited (Register No. 31693R).

The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
