What is this notice?

Part of the Scottish personal insolvency process, a Trust Deed notice in The Gazette informs creditors that a trust deed has been granted. The notice requests creditors who wish to object to the Trust Deed for the purposes of preventing it becoming a Protected Trust Deed to do so in writing within 5 weeks of the notice publication date.
