The Bull Ring Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the “Act”), that on 28 March 2014 Henderson BRLP1 Limited (“BRLP1”) transferred the entire interest held by it in The Bull Ring Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered under the Act with registered number LP006353, to HSCF BRLP1 Limited who was admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership. BRLP1 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
