NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Justice dated 4 April 2014, the office holders’ appointments in the insolvency cases listed in the following schedules were transferred as detailed therein with immediate effect.

All creditors of the companies and individuals listed in the Schedules do have permission to apply to the Court, within 28 days of this notice being advertised, for the purposes of applying to vary or discharge the Order in so far as it affects the company or companies or bankruptcy estate of which they are a creditor, any such application to be made on 3 clear days’ notice to the Applicants.
