Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: rule 4.54 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG on 19 May 2014 at 11:00 am . The meeting has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of notifying creditors of Liquidator’s appointment, to agree the basis on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and to establish a Liquidation Committee.
