Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.25A(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Provisional Liquidator has been appointed to the Company under Legislation section: Section 135 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 .

Nature of business:

1. getting in and realising (without further recourse to the court pursuant to s.127 of the Insolvency Act 1986) on the best terms reasonably achievable the assets of the Company (to include marketing the business for sale);

2. investigating the dispositions of the company’s property since 21 February 2014 (when a winding up petition was presented);

3. making any appropriate application for a validation order in respect of s.127 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and

4. incurring and paying such expenses and proper disbursements incidental to the preservation and sale of the assets, to include professional fees of the provisional liquidator and any other professional services reasonably required.
