Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 February 2014 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court on 8 April 2014, (1) Rosemary Jane Hart, of Yr Hen Lys Meddyg, Brynffynnon, Y Felinheli, Gwynedd LL56 4SJ renounced and abandoned the name of Rosemary Jane McGarry and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Rosemary Jane Hart.
