NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

3 April 2014

Hungry Snail Co-operative Limited (Register No. 30746R) the registered office of which is at 147 Thornes Lane, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF2 7RW at its request.

7 April 2014

Bingley and District Working Men’s Club (Register No. 1688 W) the registered office of which is at Bingley & District Working Mens Club, York Street BINGLEY West Yorkshire BD16 2QW on the grounds it has ceased to exist.
